Welcome to our first post covering the results from Round 1 MSUK at Dunkeswell Raceway!
Micro Max Heat 1:
Charlie Page (Kart 33) qualified on pole for both Heat 1 and Heat 2, but the opening heat saw him drop to 3rd place by lap 5. Despite some tense moments, Page fought back and managed to secure 2nd place. However, in the final lap, he was overtaken and finished in 3rd. Kart 12, Harris Barber, who started 4th, made his move through the pack, ultimately taking the win on the final lap, also securing the fastest lap of 53.59.
Micro Max Heat 2:
In Heat 2, Charlie Page (Kart 33) started on pole but lost his lead after the first lap. He managed to fight back on lap 3 and maintained the lead to the finish, taking the win. Otto Amey (Kart 7) set the fastest lap with a time of 53.47.
Micro Max Pre Final:
Harris Barber (Kart 12) started on pole for the Pre-Final, but Charlie Page (Kart 33) was right on his tail throughout the race, exchanging positions multiple times. Barber held his ground and took the win, while Otto Amey (Kart 7), finishing in 3rd, clocked the fastest lap with a 53.48.
Micro Max Final:
Charlie Page (Kart 33) led the race from pole, but by lap 12, Harris Barber (Kart 12) overtook him to claim the lead. However, Page made a spectacular comeback, pulling off a switchback move on lap 16 and crossing the finish line in 1st place. Otto Amey (Kart 7) set the fastest lap with a time of 53.32.

Honda Cadet Heat 1:
Finley Thursfield (Kart 72) qualified on pole for both Heat 1 and Heat 2 and made a strong start, holding off the competition throughout the race. Thursfield maintained his position to take the win, sharing the fastest lap with Joshua Kynaston-Wade (Kart 45) at 55.01.
Honda Cadet Heat 2:
Thursfield (Kart 72) dominated once again, leading from start to finish. He and Kynaston-Wade (Kart 45) shared the fastest lap, with a time of 54.99.
Honda Cadet Pre Final:
Finley Thursfield (Kart 72) continued his dominant run, leading every lap in the Pre Final, securing the win and the fastest lap with a 55.00.
Honda Cadet Final:
In the Final, Thursfield (Kart 72) continued his flawless performance, leading from start to finish and once again setting the fastest lap with a 55.06 to cap off a perfect weekend.

Inter Max Heat 1:
Harry Radcliffe (Kart 1) qualified on pole for both Heat 1 and Heat 2 but Heat 1 saw him drop to 13th by lap 10. Despite a valiant effort, Radcliffe managed to claw back three places in the closing laps, finishing 10th. However, a 5-second penalty dropped him further down to 18th, despite setting the fastest lap of 48.94. Emerson Macandrew-Uren (Kart 3), who started 6th, worked his way through the pack to finish in 1st, with Maximilian Abrahart (Kart 61) close behind.
Inter Max Heat 2:
Radcliffe (Kart 1) was again on pole, but after dropping to 5th by lap 5, Riley Murro (Kart 22) took the lead on lap 1 and held it to the chequered flag. Radcliffe took the fastest lap in this heat.
Inter Max Pre Final:
Emerson Macandrew-Uren (Kart 3) started on pole for the Pre Final but lost the lead to Maximilian Abrahart (Kart 61) on lap 1. However, Macandrew-Uren regained the lead on lap 2, and Riley Murro (Kart 22) also battled back from 4th to take the lead on lap 11 and eventually claimed the win, setting the fastest lap.
Inter Max Final:
Riley Murro (Kart 22) held the lead until lap 6 when Macandrew-Uren (Kart 3) took over. Austin Oman (Kart 11), starting 6th, worked his way through the field to take the lead on lap 13, holding it to the finish. Max Wheatley (Kart 12) set the fastest lap with a time of 49.11.

Junior Heat 1:
Albie Lapper (Kart 29) and Ellis Bell (Kart 46) both qualified with a time of 46.66, with Lapper taking pole position. However, Bell took the lead on lap 1 and held it for 3 laps before Jacob Ashcroft (Kart 22) made his move to take the win. Ellis Bell took the fastest lap in this heat.
Junior Heat 2:
Ellis Bell (Kart 46) started on pole but dropped to 2nd on lap 2, only to retake the lead on lap 4. Bell held the position, taking the win, while Jacob Ashcroft (Kart 22) finished 2nd and set the fastest lap with a time of 46.56.
Junior Pre Final:
Jacob Ashcroft (Kart 22) started on pole, but after losing the position to Ellis Bell (Kart 46) on lap 4, Ashcroft regained the lead on lap 5 and held it for the win, with Bell finishing 2nd.
Junior Final:
Jacob Ashcroft (Kart 22) started on pole but lost positions on lap 1, dropping to 3rd. Ellis Bell (Kart 46) took the lead, with Noah Barnham (Kart 122) in 2nd. The final lap saw Ashcroft and Bell share the fastest lap, both clocking a time of 46.68, with Bell taking the win.

Senior Heat 1:
Mattie Hingeley (Kart 15) qualified on pole for Heat 1 and Heat 2, but he dropped to 3rd on lap 1. Lewis Goff (Kart 151) took the lead until lap 7, when Jack West (Kart 92) led the pack, but fell back to 3rd on lap 11. Guy Cunnington (Kart 152) led to the chequered flag and set the fastest lap with a 45.55.
Senior Heat 2:
Hingeley (Kart 15) led until lap 5, when William Antrobus (Kart 57) took the lead and held it to the finish. Guy Cunnington (Kart 152) once again set the fastest lap with a 45.83.
Senior Pre Final:
Guy Cunnington (Kart 152) started on pole and led for the first 2 laps before Lewis Goff (Kart 151) took over. Cunnington fought back on lap 4, but Antrobus (Kart 57) made his move to the front on lap 5 and held the position for the win.
Senior Final:
William Antrobus (Kart 57) started on pole and held his lead for the first 2 laps. Guy Cunnington (Kart 152) took the lead for 3 laps but dropped back to 4th on lap 7. Antrobus briefly lost the lead to Cunnington but regained it before Mattie Hingeley (Kart 15) came from 5th to take the lead on lap 9 and held it to the finish, setting the fastest lap with a time of 45.85.
